We may receive information from referrals, social networks, advertising platforms, analytics providers, scheduling tools, CRM and communications platforms, payment processors, public business sources, and other service providers.

3. How We Use Personal Information

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand traffic and engagement, measure advertising performance, and deliver or evaluate advertising.

These technologies may be provided by companies such as Google, Meta, website hosting providers, customer relationship management platforms, and other analytics or advertising partners. Those companies may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or services, subject to their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through controls offered by the relevant advertising or analytics provider. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functions.

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Third-party services may respond to browser or device signals according to their own policies.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Service providers and contractors that support website hosting, CRM, forms, scheduling, communications, email, text messaging, analytics, advertising, document signing, data storage, security, accounting, and business operations;

Payment processors, including Stripe, for invoices, payments, saved payment methods, fraud prevention, and billing support;

Advertising and analytics partners, including platforms such as Google and Meta, for measurement, attribution, audience creation, and advertising;

Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants;

Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate wrongdoing, or establish or defend legal claims;

A buyer, successor, lender, or other participant in a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets; and

Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, our use of advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may be considered “sharing,” a “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, you may contact us using the information in Section 14.

6. Communications and Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us at [email protected]. We may continue to send transactional or service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations, invoices, account notices, security messages, or communications regarding an existing business relationship.

If you have consented to receive marketing text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate, legally compliant disclosure.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal and accounting requirements, security considerations, and whether the information is needed for an actual or anticipated dispute.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. We also use service providers that maintain their own security measures.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.

9. Information Processed for Clients

When we manage advertising, CRM, lead generation, communications, or related systems for a client, we may process personal information on that client’s behalf. In those circumstances, the client generally determines the purposes and means of processing, and we act as a service provider or processor.

A client’s own privacy policy and legal obligations govern its collection and use of lead, prospect, and customer information. If you submit a privacy request concerning information controlled by one of our clients, we may direct you to that client or assist the client in responding as required by our agreement and applicable law.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us to update or correct contact information you provided directly to us.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information must be retained for legal, security, accounting, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision or use an authorized agent, you may include that information in your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information or using their services.
